- exchange of crypto assets for fiat funds and vice versa;
- cash exchange;
- cashless exchange;
- international transfers;
- payment for goods and services;

Crypto Concierge has the right to refuse to fulfill any request if its fulfillment is impossible, contradicts the law, internal policies, AML/KYC requirements, our partners' rules, or creates an unacceptable level of risk.
3. Concierge model and third parties
Crypto Concierge is a personal-concierge service.
To carry out individual operations we may use banks, payment providers, exchange services, OTC providers, local partners, travel services, goods sellers, and other third parties.
The specific structure of an operation depends on its type, the country, and the terms agreed with the client.
The terms of the relevant third party may also apply to individual parts of the operation.
We take reasonable measures to select and vet partners; however, we do not control independent systems, banks, blockchain networks, payment systems, airlines, hotels, sellers, or other third-party providers.
4. Who can use the Service
You may use Crypto Concierge if:
- you are at least 18 years old, or have reached another minimum age established by the law of your country;
- you have full legal capacity;
- use of the Service is not prohibited by the law of your country of residence or stay;
- you are acting on your own behalf or have proper authority to act on behalf of another person or company;
- the funds and crypto assets used in the operation have a lawful origin;
- you are not using the Service for unlawful activity.
We may restrict access to the Service in certain countries or for certain categories of clients.
5. Registration and client data
To carry out an operation, we may ask you to provide:
- first and last name;
- email;
- phone number;
- Telegram username;
- country of residence;
- information about the operation;
- identity documents;
- documents on the origin of funds or crypto assets;
- information about the recipient;
- other documents or information required to carry out AML/KYC procedures or our partners' requirements.
You undertake to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.
Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be grounds for refusing to carry out an operation or terminating service.
6. AML/KYC and transaction screening
Crypto Concierge applies a risk-based approach to screening clients and operations.
We may carry out a KYC/AML check before an operation begins, during its execution, or if additional risk factors arise.
Depending on the situation, we may request:
- an identity document;
- proof of address;
- proof of source of funds;
- proof of source of wealth;
- information about the purpose of the operation;
- information about the recipient of funds;
- documents confirming the economic substance of the operation;
- additional information required for a compliance check.
Crypto Concierge has the right to suspend or refuse to carry out an operation if:
- the client has not provided the required information;
- the check revealed an elevated risk;
- the operation may be related to fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions restrictions, or other unlawful activity;
- this is required by law, a competent authority, or a partner involved in the operation.
If the law prohibits us from disclosing the specific reason for such a decision to the client, we may withhold that information.
7. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to use Crypto Concierge for:
- fraud;
- money laundering;
- terrorism financing;
- sanctions evasion;
- operations with stolen funds or crypto assets;
- unlawful trade in goods or services;
- cybercrime;
- ransomware, phishing, hacking, and other unlawful schemes;
- unlawful trade in weapons, drugs, or other prohibited goods;
- illegal gambling;
- concealing the criminal origin of assets;
- any other activity prohibited by applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse service without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe the Service is being used for an unlawful purpose.
8. Operation process
The standard workflow includes the following stages:
1. Client request. The client describes the task via the site, Telegram, or another official Crypto Concierge channel.
2. Clarifying parameters. The manager clarifies the currency, crypto asset, amount, country, method of receipt or payment, and other necessary terms.
3. Agreeing on terms. Before the operation begins, the client is informed of the available rate, fee, amount, estimated completion time, and other material terms.
4. Client confirmation. The operation begins once the client has confirmed the terms and followed the agreed payment instructions.
5. Execution. Crypto Concierge and/or an engaged partner carries out the agreed operation.
6. Completion. The operation is deemed complete after the transfer of funds, crediting of payment, handover of cash, purchase confirmation, or other agreed outcome.
9. Rate, fees, and locking in terms
Rate information on the site or in other materials may be indicative only.
The final terms of a specific operation are confirmed by the manager before it begins.
The rate may depend on:
- market conditions;
- the crypto asset;
- the fiat currency;
- the country;
- the method of carrying out the operation;
- the amount;
- liquidity;
- network and banking costs;
- the terms of engaged partners.
An agreed rate may have a limited validity period.
If the client does not take the required action within the specified period, Crypto Concierge may offer a new rate.
Before confirming the operation, the client has the opportunity to review its material financial terms.
By confirming the operation, the client agrees to the applicable rate, fee, and other terms.
10. Blockchain transactions
Cryptocurrency transactions can be irreversible by their nature.
Before sending crypto assets, the client is obligated to verify:
- the wallet address;
- the selected blockchain network;
- the token type;
- the memo/tag, if required;
- the amount;
- other payment parameters.
Crypto Concierge is not liable for loss of assets if the client independently sent funds:
- to the wrong address;
- via the wrong network;
- in the wrong token;
- without the required memo/tag;
- to details that were not confirmed by an official Crypto Concierge representative.
If an erroneous blockchain transaction can technically be recovered, we may try to help the client, but we do not guarantee a successful return of assets.
11. Communication security
The client must use only official Crypto Concierge contacts listed on the cryptoconcierge.world website.
Crypto Concierge never asks a client to share:
- seed phrase;
- private key;
- crypto wallet password;
- banking account password.
The client is solely responsible for the security of their phone, email, Telegram account, crypto wallet, and other means of access.
Before sending funds, we recommend re-verifying the payment details and confirming that you are communicating with an official Crypto Concierge representative.
12. Completion times
Times stated on the site or communicated by a manager are indicative, unless otherwise expressly agreed for a specific operation.
Completion time may be affected by:
- blockchain congestion;
- transaction confirmation speed;
- banking operations;
- payment providers;
- compliance checks;
- time zones;
- local partners;
- government and banking restrictions;
- technical issues;
- force majeure circumstances.
Crypto Concierge makes reasonable efforts to complete an operation within the agreed time but does not guarantee the operation of independent banking, blockchain, or other third-party systems.
13. Cancellation and refunds
The ability to cancel an operation depends on the stage it has reached.
Before payment is made or crypto assets are sent, an operation can generally be cancelled by agreement with the manager.
After:
- sending an irreversible blockchain transaction;
- making a bank transfer;
- handing over cash;
- purchasing a ticket;
- booking a hotel;
- paying for a good or service;
- executing another irreversible instruction
cancellation may not be possible.
If a refund depends on a third party, the refund rules of the relevant bank, seller, hotel, airline, payment provider, or other partner also apply.
Where a refund is possible, actually incurred and previously agreed network, banking, or third-party costs may be deducted from its amount, where permitted by applicable law.
14. Cash exchange
For cash operations, the place, time, currency, amount, and handover procedure are agreed with the manager in advance.
The client is obligated to follow the agreed procedure for the operation.
Crypto Concierge may request additional identification before handing over cash.
It is not recommended to hand over crypto assets or funds to persons whose details or identity have not been confirmed through an official Crypto Concierge channel.
15. Travel, Shopping, and Digital Services
If Crypto Concierge arranges the purchase of a good, ticket, accommodation, digital product, or other third-party service, the client agrees that:
- the good or core service may be provided by an independent supplier;
- booking, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations may be subject to the relevant supplier's rules;
- changing or cancelling an order after it has been fulfilled may not be possible;
- Crypto Concierge does not control the quality of goods or services provided by independent suppliers but may assist the client in communicating with them within the agreed service.
16. Referral program
Crypto Concierge may offer clients referral programs, bonuses, or discounts.
The current terms of a given program are communicated on the site, in the personal account, or during communication with a manager.
Referral bonuses:
- are not a crypto asset or monetary deposit;
- cannot be exchanged for cash unless the program terms expressly provide otherwise;
- may only be used in accordance with the terms of the specific offer.
Crypto Concierge has the right to cancel bonuses obtained through fraud, creation of fake accounts, self-referral, or other abuse of the program.
17. Crypto asset risks
Using crypto assets involves risks.
In particular:
- the price of a crypto asset can change rapidly;
- blockchain transactions can be irreversible;
- blockchain networks can experience delays;
- tokens can lose value;
- a stablecoin can lose its peg to the underlying currency;
- legislation regarding crypto assets can change;
- individual assets or services may become unavailable in certain countries.
You independently assess the appropriateness of holding and using crypto assets.
18. Not investment advice
Crypto Concierge does not provide investment, brokerage, tax, or legal advice unless expressly agreed and permitted by applicable law.
Information on the site, on Telegram, on social media, or in communication with a manager should not be treated as:
- a recommendation to buy or sell a particular crypto asset;
- a forecast of its value;
- a guarantee of profit;
- investment advice.
Crypto Concierge does not guarantee the profitability of crypto asset operations.
19. Taxes
The client is solely responsible for determining and fulfilling their tax obligations related to the use of the Service.
Crypto Concierge is not liable for the tax consequences of a client's operations and recommends consulting a professional tax advisor where necessary.
20. Right to refuse or suspend service
Crypto Concierge may refuse to carry out an operation, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if:
- these Terms have been violated;
- false data was provided;
- a required check has not been passed;
- a suspicion arose regarding the unlawful origin of funds;
- the operation contradicts the law or sanctions restrictions;
- this is required by a bank, payment provider, or other partner;
- there is a risk of fraud or a security threat;
- continuing the operation could create a legal or reputational risk for Crypto Concierge.
If permitted by law and not contrary to AML/compliance requirements, we will inform the client of the further course of action regarding an incomplete operation.
21. Client responsibility
The client is responsible for:
- the accuracy of the data provided;
- the lawfulness of their actions;
- the origin of funds;
- the correctness of payment details;
- the correctness of the crypto wallet address and blockchain network;
- compliance with tax law;
- safeguarding access to their accounts and wallets;
- following agreed instructions.
The client must immediately notify Crypto Concierge if they notice an error, suspicious activity, or unauthorized access.
22. Crypto Concierge responsibility
Crypto Concierge undertakes to provide the Service in good faith and with reasonable professional care.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crypto Concierge is not liable for losses caused by:
- acts or omissions of third parties;
- blockchain congestion or network failures;
- the operation of banks or payment systems;
- incorrect details provided by the client;
- a change in the market rate before it is locked in;
- the unavailability of services in a particular country;
- force majeure circumstances;
- client actions that contradict these Terms.
No provision of these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Except in cases of fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other cases where limitation of liability is prohibited by law, Crypto Concierge's aggregate liability in respect of a specific operation shall not exceed the amount of funds or assets actually received by Crypto Concierge in connection with that operation.
